A local pilot of Menomonie, WI, Bill Cowden, passed away in an air show accident last year and his family has established an aviation scholarship in his memory to support area pilots seeking advanced training.

louiseLouise started flight training today with a flight over Balsam Lake, where they have been vacationing since the 1930's. At 99 she is a delight and certainly the oldest person to fly our Cessna 172, N79118 or to visit WH.
